Project Description: The objective of Grüne Antwort Ltd. is to develop, through the support provided by the grant, a high value-added hardware and software solution capable of monitoring and managing the operation and stability of micro PCs, which are spreading at an exceptionally high rate. The project includes the preparation for manufacturing and small-scale production of widely compatible hardware that can connect to commercially available micro PCs through various communication interfaces. Another goal of the project is the in-house development and production of the required software package. As a result, we will be able to provide customers with a complete solution that enables them to independently configure and commission such a system for both small-scale and large-scale deployments of their devices. By the end of the development process, the devices will undergo both stress testing and long-term testing, which are essential steps in ensuring market-ready stability and reliability.

- Training Name: Leadership Competency Development
Training Objective (Leadership Competency Development): The goal of the training is to expand the participants' leadership toolkit. Within the framework of the self-awareness-based training, participants will become familiar with leadership roles, leadership styles, the characteristics of effective leadership communication, assertive communication and its benefits in the workplace, where they can also apply appropriate communication techniques in avoiding or handling conflicts, motivational tools, and the system of goal setting and performance management.

Training Objective (English Language Training): The goal of the English language training (at CEFR B1 level) is for participants to be able to understand and use the English language in everyday situations.
- Training Name: German Language Training
Training Objective (German Language Training): The goal of the German language training (at CEFR B1 level) is for participants to be able to understand and use the German language in everyday situations.

- Detailed Presentation of the Training (Leadership Competency Development):
Upon completion of the training, the leadership toolkit will be expanded. The leader will learn about different leadership styles and their advantages and disadvantages, develop assertive communication skills, understand the importance of situational leadership, the system of effective feedback, and motivational techniques. The content of the training program includes:
- Defining the leadership role
- Leadership styles
- Situational leadership
- Types of leadership power
- Leadership values
- Profile of the ideal leader

According to the content of the training, the following results can be achieved:
- Language proficiency development: Participants will learn the necessary grammatical structures and vocabulary that will enable them to form simple sentences and write simple paragraphs.
- Reading comprehension: They will be able to understand simple texts used in everyday situations, such as advertisements, schedules, or short articles.
- Communication: Participants will be able to take part in simple conversations, express their feelings, experiences, opinions, and ask questions.
- Listening comprehension: They will be able to understand native speakers who speak slowly and clearly on basic topics such as family, work, and travel.
- Writing skills: Writing simple, coherent texts on familiar topics, such as an experience or event.
